8 cups water to one pack sorrel
4 tablespoon organic ginger grated to one pack
1 -1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 – 1/2 cup Rum optional
Place water to boil under high heat in a pot
Rinse sorrel with strainer and set aside to drain.
Bring water to a boil then turn stove off then
Place dried sorrel in pot along with grated ginger
Steep for 4-6 hours after which strain and sweeten with sugar
Feel free to add rum at this point
